For the first time in the history of Georgian International Festival of Arts "Gift" in honor of Michael Tumanishvili we are hosting the live stream of Phillip Vincent's Production “Marriage K opus 1" from Ramdam Art Center, Lyon, France.

RAMDAM ART CENTER is a home to a famous France based Spanish choreographer Maguy Marin, who escaped from the regime of Francisco Franco and immigrated to France, where she soon became a favorite dancer of Maurice Béjart and one of the most influential choreographers of the modern-dance in Europe. The collaboration of the Ramdam Arts Center and "SCENNES Théâtre-Cinéma" group will also be broadcasted live in Norway, by Neither Nor Company, the National Theater of Portugal and Dramatic National Center TNG in France. From the next year the Georgian International Festival of Arts "Gift" in honor of Michel Tumanishvili will join the international venture and together with young Georgian artists, film and theater workers, students will produce a new spectacle at the abundant sites of the classical monuments of the modern European cities.

SCÈNES THÉÂTRE CINÉMA  was created in  1988 by its artistic director Philippe Vincent, whose attempt was to invent a radically contemporary dramaturgical form in which the narrative and aesthetic principles of cinema would have come to the rescue of  theatrical language.By merging scenic, cinematographic, literary and musical forms, the laboratory created contemporary writings in close collaboration with the national and international artists, who exchanged theatrical experiences and encouraged a greater exchange, participation, also confrontation and questioning within the theatre. This generous endeavor which already lasts for 30 years has resulted in dozens of films, productions and conceptual performances developing the theatrical space whichalwaysremained open to further artistic interrogation and criticism.
